Group CEO cum MD’s Cell (CEO’s Cell) > Eligibilities & Scope

The following shall be the general eligibilities for selection:

1. The person can be of any age as required for the designation/nature of work/कार्य की प्रकृति/पद के आलोक में आवश्यकता के अनुसार किसी भी उम्र के व्यक्ति चलेंगे.
2. The person must have clean track – record/व्यक्ति एक साफ – सुथरी क्षवि का होना चाहिए.
3. The person can be from the existing CONSAM management as also can be a new appointment/व्यक्ति वर्तमान के कॉनसम प्रबंधन और नयी नियुक्ति भी हो सकता है.
4. The person must be well trained in self – management with Card Board, MEMO/Calendar & E-mail (as given in the Official Guidelines to CONSAM Executives)/व्यक्ति आत्म – प्रबंधन में कार्ड बोर्ड, मेमों/कैलंडर एवं ई-मेल (जैसा की कॉनसम के अधिकारीयों के लिए आधिकारिक दिशानिर्देश व सामान्य प्रशिक्षण में दिया गया है) के साथ अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित होना चाहिए.
5. NOTE: In case, the person is found to be competent enough in all respect may be assigned with additional charge/full – charge of controller of department/sub – department or other important designation may be provided by the Group CEO cum MD/यदि व्यक्ति मामलों में निपुण पाए जाते हैं तब ऐसे व्यक्ति को श्रीमान मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सह प्रबंध निदेशक महोदय के द्वारा किसी विभाग/उप – विभाग या अन्य महत्वपूर्ण पद दिया जा सकता है.
