We at CONSAM believe to make it one of the largest business enterprise in the world. Accordingly, we shall require numerous well-trained Administrators, the basics as thought have been underpinned in the manner/हमें इसपर यकीन है की हम कॉनसमगण इसे विश्व की सबसे बड़ी व्यापारिक उद्यम बनाएंगे. इस प्रकार हमें कई अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित प्रशासकों की आवश्यकता होगी एवं इस आलोक में बुनयादी चीजें जो सोची गई हैं वह निम्नलिखित हैं:

1. Because there is no course, atleast 2 to 5 year training under CEO’s Cell or a CONSAM department shall be required (Later, training courses have also to be devised since there will be large no. of requirements)/क्यूंकी कोई कोर्स नहीं है, सी०ई०ओ० के सेल या एक कॉनसम विभाग के अंतर्गत कम से कम 2 से 5 साल के प्रशिक्षण की आवश्यकता होगी (भविष्य में, प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम भी तैयार करने होंगे क्यूंकी बड़ी संख्या में आवश्यकता होगी).
2. Real – time test in view of CONSAM Employee’s Scale - 1 shall be done by way of written examination aswell as by assignment as assistant controllers/executives/कॉनसम कर्मचारियों के लिए दिए गए स्केल/श्रेणी – 1 के आलोक में वास्तविक लिखित परीक्षा ली जाएगी एवं साथ – साथ नियंत्रक के सहायक के रूप में कार्य लिया जाएगा.
3. In – depth knowledge of CONSAM Constitution shall be required and for the said purpose there shall be tests conducted/कॉनसम संविधान के गहन ज्ञान की आवश्यकता होगी और उक्त को जाँचने के लिए परीक्षण किए जाएंगे.
4. Salary shall be as per the Scale provided, however the employee shall be allowed to write CONSAM Administrative Servant/वेतन, प्रदान किए गए वेतनमान के अनुसार होगा, हालांकि कर्मचारी को कॉनसम प्रशासनिक सेवक लिखने की अनुमति होगी.
