Our vision is to have a totally autonomous management that tends to improve its capability to generate the products and services of best Quality and at the same time at most reasonable price.

We believe a group of good humans with the sense of best co-ordination, discipline, respect, affection, humanity, integrity, responsibility, practice>excellence>perfection can make an autonomous management that can execute businesses in a manner that:

  • The name CONSAM which is a significant asset for us – representing trust, business excellence, size. With our continuous efforts the name CONSAM is seen as a name signifying same by all.

About us

CONSAM Group was formed in 2007 by its founder, Mr. Samar Goel with the registration of CONSAM Industries Private Limited at the ROC, Bihar.

CONSAM Industries was established with the objective of achieving Championship in any SSI sector it enters in the beginning and then the medium and Large Economic Sectors by strongly focusing on an Autonomous Management tending to achieve by hard – work with co-ordination thereby finding better and long-term Entrepreneurial Opportunity.

What Drives Us and Our Belief: We strongly believe, an ever-growing group of good people joining hands together with commitment to form a long-term autonomous management by strongly believing and adhering to the CONSAM Core Objectives & Values shall make such a Company that serves the real objective of being an Industry, enabling better life by way of providing services and products which are ever-improving and operating in a manner that benefits and protects all in the long-run.

People : We have a core team of experienced executives, well-versed with our objectives and values. They're known as the CONSAM Corporate Team:

Mr. Shambhu Goel : He has been looking after the affairs of NON CONSAM Company, Messrs HIMALAYA AGRO CHEMICALS since 1980 and Messrs SHIWNARAYAN CHIRANJILAL since 1969 in capacity of Managing Director. He is currently holding the Office of the CMD, CONSAM Industries (P) Ltd; Himalaya Agro Chemicals (P) Ltd. and Managing Partner, Shiwnarayan Chiranjilal.

Mr. Samar Goel : He has been looking after the affairs of CONSAM Industries (P) Ltd, Himalaya Agro Chemicals (P) Ltd. and Shiwnarayan Chiranjilal since 2007 in capacity of the Chief Executive Officer. He is currently holding the Office of the Executive Director and CEO, CONSAM Industries (P) Ltd. | CEO, Himalaya Agro Chemicals (P) Ltd. | CEO cum Partner, Shiwnarayan Chiranjilal.

Mr. B.N. Dutta Chowdhury : He has been looking after the affairs of Himalaya Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. since 2010 in capacity of the Corporate Manager (OPERATIONS). He is currently holding the Office of the Director (OPERATIONS), on the Board of CONSAM Industries (P) Ltd.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sharma: He has been looking after the affairs of CONSAM Industries Pvt. Ltd., Himalaya Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and Shiwnarayan Chiranjilal since 2014 in capacity of Chief Accounts Executive. At CONSAM, the designation is HAE. He is currently holding the Office of the HAE, CONSAM Industries (P) Ltd., Himalaya Agro Chemicals (P) Ltd. and Shiwnarayan Chiranjilal.

Mrs. Pinky Goel : She has been assisting the CONSAM Group CEO as Assistant to the Group CEO since July, 2015 thereby gaining exposure in many advanced aspects of Core management and dealing in view of Core policies of the Organization. She is currently holding the Office of the Controller of the Corporate Department of Sales & Advertisement at CONSAM Group after successfully completing training under the Group CEO.
