  1. In case of first recharge in Client’s a/c there is an e-mail notification for audit in the format below in ANX-1 in the following events:
    1. Purpose: To ensure that service has not been given prior to the date of recharge.
    2. If a recharge of any newly created customer is done.
    3. If a recharge of any existing customer is done after activating a client and selecting any package.
    4. If recharge is done after dropping previous package and a new package is selected.
    5. This is not required in case a customer does recharge because a customer is not allowed to change date and recharge.
    6. This is not required in case an online recharge is done because online recharge doesn’t allow to change date of recharge.

 

  1. Deferred recharge: In case the package has not been changed but recharge start date is not immediately after end date of previous recharge, there is an e-mail notification for audit in the format below in ANX-2 which serves the purpose of ensuring that audit is carried out to ensure that the customer has not been provided services during the period recharge was not there.

 

  1. In case, a package is deleted, there is an e-mail notification for audit in the format below in ANX-3 in the following events:
    1. Purpose: To ensure that service according to the deleted package is stopped.
    2. If an activated package is deleted which also generates a credit note.
    3. In an inactive package is deleted.

ANX-1:

 

Subject: Required audit, first – recharge, Customer no. ???

 

Dear Management/Auditor,

 

It has been determined that customer number ??? has made first recharge, package details of which has been given below. Accordingly, it is necessary that a team member checks service manager and responds to this e-mail with screenshot reflecting start of service.

ANX-2:

 

Subject: Required audit, deferred – recharge, Customer no. ???

 

Dear Management/Auditor,

 

It has been determined that package of customer number ??? has not been changed, however last recharge end date was ??-???-???? and new recharge start date is ??-???-???? which creates a gap of ?? days. Accordingly, it is necessary that a team member checks service manager and responds to this e-mail with screenshot reflecting tenure of service.

ANX-3

 

Subject: Required audit, package deletion, Customer no. ???

 

Dear Management/Auditor,

 

It has been determined that package of customer number ??? has now been deleted which was active till ??-???-???? and accordingly, service should have been stopped. Accordingly, it is necessary that a team member checks service manager and responds to this e-mail with screenshot reflecting the date when the service was stopped.
