Conference: Use of this facility is that we can talk to several people simultaneously/इस सुविधा का उपयोग यह है कि हम एक साथ कई लोगों से बात कर सकते हैं.

NOTE: Number of conference that can be initiated, depends completely on device (i.e., FXS gateway, IP phone, Softphone)/कॉन्फ़्रेंस की संख्या पूरी तरह से डिवाइस पर निर्भर करती है (यानी, FXS gateway, IP phone, Softphone).

How to do conference (normal)

1. FXS gateway: Follow the belownoted instruction:

a. Ext. A calls, Ext. B

b. Ext. A presses *7 > wait for dial-tone > dial Ext. C > #

c. Scenario � 1: Ext. C doesn't wish to come on conference, Ext. A must press # and Ext. A and B are back on call.

d. Scenario � 2: Ext. C wants to come on conference press, Ext. A must dial 0 and Ext. A, B & C on conference.

e. Scenario � 3: Ext. A wants to drop > press *

2. IP Phone: As per the LCD panel.

3. Softphone (smart mobile): As per the screen.
