Mobile (Android): Troubleshooting guidelines
1. Unable to
receive Incoming calls (Allow push notification): This is a common problem with any Softphone Application that if the Phone
remains idle for some time, the phone gets unregistered and for troubleshooting
the same, we are hereby issuing the belownoted Advanced
configuration which should resolve the problem in most of the Android mobile
phones by following only three simple steps below (NOTE:
Scroll below further for enabling Auto � restart):

Go to Home screen of the

Click on SIP account

Enable �Allow push notification�

Application not starting with Phone restart
(Enable auto restart): We are hereby issuing the
