Bulk conference by conference room

 

Traditionally (पारंपरिक रूप से) Mobile एवं/या PABX पर Conference लगाने हेतु एक व्यक्ति को काफ़ी प्रयत्न करनी पड़ती है और 3 से 4 लोगों को जोड़ने में ही काफ़ी समय लगता है लेकिन Bulk conference काफ़ी दक्ष है क्यूंकि इसमें हम 10 से 100 लोगों को बड़े ही आसानी से जोड़ सकते हैं जिसके लिए एक CONSAM Cloud PABX user को Conference room number (उदाहरण: 6001 और फिर PIN number: 1801) डायल करना होता है और वह सर्वोत्तम Voice clarity के साथ Conference में जुड़ जाते हैं.

 

 

Guideline for Users

 

1.      Conference can be done in the belowmentioned simple manner:

a.      A moderator (i.e., a CONSAM competent employee) will provide extension number, PIN and time when the conference will begin.

b.      To get into conference, a user of CONSAM Cloud PABX needs to dial extension number and PIN.

 

Guideline for Moderators

 

2.      Login to CONSAM cloud PABX > Click this link and put Username & Password provided by CONSAM Telecom when Dashboard will open.

 

3.      Click on Application & then Conferences as shown below

4.      Now you are in conference room where you will notice already created Conference room name (e.g., COO, CEO etc.), Extension etc. as shown in picture below. It is advised to click name of desired conference room and change PIN before initiating a conference so that unauthorized people don�t get into the conference.

 

5.      To create a new conference room, click add on the screen as shown above and follow instruction given on the belownoted screen, else refer to the belownoted guideline for moderating/managing a conference

 

6.      Moderating/managing a conference is explained by the belownoted image for which first click �VIEW ACTIVE� in the image shown in above clause 4 and then click the Conference room name and you will see all the members who are active in the conference and there can be several tasks (i.e., Mute, Deaf, Kick) that can be performed, member � wise.
